Equipment
We use durable, high quality equipment:
  • single-seat Dagger kayaks, both the currently Exodus and Cortez models
  • Palm neoprene spraydecks or and Seal nylon spraydecks
  • Werner and Lightning paddles: both low-angle and high angles models/blades paddles
  • Astal Buoyancy and Kokatat Personal FLoation Devices (PFDs),
  • Seal Line and NRS drybags

    On all trips, we provide a kayak, paddle, sprayskirt, PFD, whistle, spare paddle, sponge, bailing pump and small dry bag.

    On multi-day trips we provide 4 dry bags (small, two medium, one large), tents (two people per tent), cook stove, cookware, cups, bowls, and eating utensils.

    Your guide carries all navigation, emergency and first aid supplies, including:

    First aid equipment includes, antibiotics, antiseptics, Tylenol, Benadryl, Tincture of Benzoin, sterile gauze pads, roller gauze, non-adherent dressing, adhesive tape, steristrips, Ace wraps, large compress, moleskin, Second Skin, tweezers, bandage scissors, SAM splints and other first aid items.
